PRODUCTION
Material: Grade 6A Mulberry Silk.
Production Cycle: 60 days.
Workmanship: Manual labor, not industrial automation.
This product is manufactured using the traditional single-needle technique, not on accelerated conveyor systems. Any non-standard parts are eliminated during the quality control stage.
FUNCTION
Biocompatibility: 100% Protein Based.
Saperone is a fiber tissue with a structure closest to that of human skin. Its friction coefficient is minimized. It protects the skin barrier throughout the night, mechanically preventing moisture loss and sleep creases.
SENSIBILITY
Processing Tolerance: Zero.
Despite its high strength , silk yarn does not tolerate errors during processing. A millimeter-sized deviation during weaving or cutting means the destruction of the product. Only flawless products leave the Saperone workshop.
SKIN ARCHITECTURE
Problem: Friction and moisture absorption caused by textiles.
Solution: Saperone Surface Technology.
While cotton and synthetic fibers absorb skin moisture, silk fibers, with their hydrophobic properties, maintain the skin's moisture balance. This is not an accessory, but a biological repair tool.
ORIGIN
Location: Turkey.
Supply Chain: 100% Traceable / Local.
All production processes are carried out by local artisans in workshops that adhere to ethical standards. There is no uncertainty regarding imports or contract manufacturing.
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Texture: Smooth, continuous filament.
Saperone consists of long, single fibers, not staple fibers. Our fabrics support the circadian rhythm by isolating light and external factors.
